About The Creator
Known by many to write across genres, Laura Thompson is
an award-winning author, poet, playwright, and screenwriter.
She developed her playwrighting skills at The Acting Studio and The Chelsea Repertory Company and LAB under the mentorship of playwrights, Mary Baldridge and Jeremy Kareken in New York City.
In 2016, her play “Lost & Found” was stage-produced on Off-off-Broadway.
In 2019, her screenplay “Revolutionary Spirits” won Top 100! Hot Screenplays.
Additionally, Laura has been a Contributor @HuffPost (international business) and @ThriveGlobal (self-development) as well as being a
co-author of chapters for nonfiction books (leadership and communications).
